Step 1

Load your profile

Fill in who you are, then paste your ranking breakdown from World Athletics. Nothing leaves your browser.

Where to find it
  1. On worldathletics.org, open World Rankings and pick your event.
  2. Find your name in the list and open your score breakdown.
  3. Select the table of results (date down to the last score) and copy.
  4. Paste it here and tap Read my results.

Each row needs the date, category, place, mark and result score. Rows that don't fit are skipped and listed so you can add them by hand.

Step 2

Your counting results

Ranking score is the average of your best performance scores (result + placing), rounded down. Edit any row. Result scores for new marks come from a curve fitted to your own official scores.

Step 3

What it takes, by the tens

The mark you need at each new meet, if those meets replace your weakest results. Choose the place you expect and how many new meets you'll do.

Step 4

Build a season

Add the meets you're planning. Your best results across everything are counted automatically.

How the math works
  • Performance score = result score + placing score. Ranking score = average of your best results, rounded down.
  • Placing points only count in finals. Only one national championship a year earns them.
  • New marks are scored with a curve fitted to your own official result scores. It's most accurate near marks you've done. Check key marks on the official scoring tables.
  • Placing points use the standard table for track and field events, places 1–8.
